The Council of Graduate School has asked the singer to submit her opinion by Dec 18 at 5 p.m. KST. The final conclusion will be decided by next week. If the paper is concluded to be plagiarized, then Hong Jin YoungŌĆÖs masterŌĆÖs and doctoral dissertations will automatically be taken away. The singer recently came under fire when her masterŌĆÖs thesis was reported to have recorded a 74 percent plagiarism rate in the plagiarism review site Copy Killer. Hong denied the accusation but decided to return her dissertations, saying, ŌĆ£I would like to sincerely apologize for this issue as a public figure.
